Cal is the head of creative and a company director at ROi Media Productions. Having recognised the demand for high-quality video content, Callum scaled the business from a YouTube channel in 2009 to the multi-award-winning production company RO Pictures (our sister company) is today. 

Cal now operates both a corporate video production company, ROi specialising in brand content, commercials, and corporate films, as well as a feature film production company, RO Pictures focused on short films and full-length features.

With extensive training in creative storytelling, digital production, and business infrastructure, Cal’s superpower is bridging the gap between creative and business. As an entrepreneur, he has grown ROi Media Productions into an award-winning video production powerhouse skilled at corporate video and film production alike.
